How It Works
Step 1 — Order Your Cake
Order any Dulcea Celebration Cake™. Every cake already includes your reusable Dulcea ServeBox™.
Step 2 — Enjoy Your Celebration
When the party is over, simply wash your ServeBox™ and keep it in good condition.
Step 3 — Select Return at Checkout
When you’re ready for your next Celebration Cake™, during checkout select:

Step 4 — Easy Exchange on Delivery
Our delivery team will exchange your previous ServeBox™ for the new one when your cake is delivered. No extra trip. No inconvenience. Simple and effortless.
Step 5 — Receive Your $10 Credit
After your returned ServeBox™ is inspected and approved, we’ll send you a $10 Dulcea Return Credit by email toward your next Celebration Cake™.
Return Requirements
To qualify for your $10 ServeBox™ Return Credit, your ServeBox™ must be:
- ✔ Original Dulcea ServeBox™
- ✔ Clean
- ✔ Free of cracks
- ✔ Free of broken pieces
- ✔ Fully functional
- ✔ Suitable for professional sanitization and reuse
If the ServeBox™ does not meet these requirements, it will be returned to you and no credit will be issued.

What if my ServeBox™ is damaged?
If your ServeBox™ has cracks, broken parts, or cannot be safely reused, it will not qualify for the Return Credit. Our team will inspect every returned ServeBox™ to ensure it meets our quality and safety standards.
Can I return more than one ServeBox™?
Yes. Each approved ServeBox™ earns its own $10 Dulcea Return Credit.
Can I combine multiple credits?
Absolutely. You may combine multiple approved credits on future Dulcea Celebration Cake™ purchases.
